We have been teaching Artisan Home-Cheesemaking since 2010. We teach classes at many locations and even travel out of state, but the most popular classes are those we teach right here on the farm! Learn all about cheesemaking - including varieties made with goat, cow, and sheep milk. We source milk from our farm as well as other local farms as well as just from the local grocery store. Starting in August 2019, our farm will be the site of our new state-of-the-art classroom.
