Nubians
     Nubians are the goats with long floppy ears. They are heavy producers and their milk is high in butterfat making it great for cheese. This breed of goat tends to be a little bit stubborn, but they have very strong personalities. The average weight for full grown does is 130 lbs, making them one of the larger dairy goat breeds.

Nigerian Dwarfs
      Nigerian Dwarf goats are known for being the smallest breed of dairy goat. They are a great goat for kids because of their calm temperment and small size. The maximum height for does is 21" at the withers. Nigerian dwarf goats can have any coat color and they are the only breed of purebred dairy goat that is allowed to have blue eyes.

Mini Nubians
      Mini Nubians are a cross between Nubians and Nigerian Dwarfs. They are small but with floppy ears and a Roman nose like the Nubian. The are usually hardier and more efficient milk producers than the pure breeds. They can also come in any color, with blue or brown eyes. These are a great goat for kids.
